All new equipment comes with all of the factory included accessories, including a full manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted.

We only post items that are in-stock and ready to ship.

PAYMENT

Paypal is our only method of payment. Your PayPal account must be a Verified US PayPal account. Selecting "Immediate Pay" is the way to go. If you select eCheck, it may take 2-8 days to clear Paypal.

Please note: Inventory is not reserved until the item is paid for.

Please include a phone number as UPS, FedEx and our Trucking Companies require it.

We only ship to a confirmed PayPal address.

For shipments in Florida, we are required to collect the 7% sales tax.

SHIPPING

Most purchases are shipped with 24 Business Hours. AAA Universe eBay store ships to the 48 Contiguous United States including Military APO & FPO and Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to International locations.

Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Combined shipping is available by placing all AAAA Universe eBay orders BEFORE making the Payment. eBay's new checkout offers you to consolidate your orders to get better shipping rates.

All orders must be shipped with a printed invoice included. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice. Gift Invoices can be sent if you call us immediately after payment is made (if during business hours). No guarantees for emails in this matter.

We supply tracking information directly to your eBay account . Change requests may not be updated on eBay, please check the emails.

All TV's over 60 inches or other large items will ship via special Truck Delivery. An appointment will be made by the Trucking Company 24 hours before final delivery. Therefore, you must provide a phone number.

RETURNS

Returns For the first 14 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise (See Exceptions below) for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (* Items that qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have our shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit.

The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. ** Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue.

We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return. Following items can’t be returned once opened Notebooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, Chargers, Cases, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack". TV Return Policy Up to and including 45" sealed in the original manufacturer box never opened, may be returned. (We recommend to apply insurance on shipment),
Larger than 45" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage.

A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
