GROWN . Orinoco is a vigorous plant growing up to 5-6 ft. with large 20" leaves and sweet scented drooping white-pink flowers. Its unusual flavor makes it a good candidate for blending cigarette tobacco. A very attractive plant that should be planted in every flower garden, whether you choose to smoke it or not. Unique mellow flavor is absolutely superb! Historically grown for use in pipe and cigarette tobacco blends. Can also be used for cigar filler and chewing tobacco. Grown in Virginia for many years, the leaves are closely spaced on the stalk, heavy bodied, and are of medium size. With a nicotine content of 4%, Gold leaf Orinoco has a has a much higher nicotine content than most Virginians types or other bright leaf varieties .. Blending Orinoco with American tobacco creates excellent
cigarette. My Orinoco tobacco exclusively grown. Cross pollination is out of question. Seeds are from my personal plants.
