    Q. How do I pay for an item I have purchased from steamboatpowersports?
    A. Upon the close of an auction you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact steamboatpowersports to arrange payment. In the email, you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase with your credit card or Paypal account. Even a better way is to click on the eBay PAY NOW button found at the top of your auction listing or the continue button on the eBay checkout page. This button will take you to pay for the item step by step via your Paypal account.

    Q. I have a paypal account but the address is not confirmed, Can I pay with paypal?
    A. Sorry, but we only accept payment from a paypal confirmed address.

    Q. How long do I have to pay for an item?
    A. You will have 7 days from the close of the auction to pay for your item. You can expect your "winning bidder notification" e-mail within 24 hours of the auction close. Sorry, but after four days, we will have to resell your item to the next interested buyer, so please check your e-mail as soon as you can after the auction close. Let’s try to resolve the issue before this happens. Please email us so we can work it out. If we do not here from you a "Unpaid Item Dispute" will be issued and the item will be relisted.

    A. It's the address which you have your statement sent to of the credit card you have on file on paypal.

    Q. How do you calculate shipping costs?
    A. Our shipping and handling charges for items sold on our auctions vary between item(s) to ensure the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of quality packing, labor, and packing material.

    Q. Do you charge sales tax?
    A. By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in Colorado. Currently, we collect 8.4% of the final auction price. 2.9% for out of State, City and County applied.

    Q. How long will it take for my item to reach me?
    A. We ship your purchase within one to two business days after we have received payment. See UPS Ground shipping map for delivery times. We send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.

    Q. How do I track my shipment?
    A. Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

    Q. What do I do if my shipment never arrived?
    A. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still has not arrived, please use the link to the carrier's web site provided in the "shipment confirmation e-mail" we sent to you to investigate.

    Q. I received my product damaged. What do I do?
    A. We package our products the best way possible to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. If your product is damaged, please save all packaging and contact the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim. We will assist you with the necessary information you might need to file the claim.

    Q. Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?
    A. Yes via USPS but not for UPS. Ups will not deliver to PO Box, FPO or APO.

    Q. I live outside of the U.S. What about international shipping?
    A. Sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally either by FedEx or Postal service at our discretion.

    Q. How do I ship items to a different address other than my paypal confirmed address?
    A. Sorry, if you are paying paypal, then we will only ship to your confirmed address. This is for Seller/Buyer protection.

    Q. Can I pick my item up locally?
    A. Yes, local pickup is available by appointment with no shipping or pickup charges at our store.
