We will accept exchange for
defective items or wrong item shipped. Contact us by email within 5 days
after receiving the item if the goods have any problem on arrival, for
return instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Returns will not be entertained without the RMA number. We do not
accept return after 14 working days even RMA number is assigned. Buyer
will pay the return shipping charge and we will pay the 2nd time
shipping charge. Shipping, handling, insurance charges are non-refundable. |
