All orders are shipped same day via Royal Mail or myHermes, if ordered before 14:00 (2PM). International orders are shipped through Global Shipping Programme on eBay. All items are shipped from the UK. Most UK orders arrive between 1 - 5 days from cleared payment and International orders arrive between 4-7 days from cleared payment. (Please note weekends are not considered working days).

We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Royal Mail who sometimes fails to deliver on time. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders. All the myHermes parcels send through recorded delivery and they will try three times to deliver the parcel, if they missed to deliver it. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please feel free to contact us. Once 15 working days have passed we will either refund or replace at our discretion.

All our items are in stock in UK and ready for dispatch immediate.

Please make sure provide us a correct delivery address which is entered and confirmed by PayPal. We don't take any responsibility if the shipping address is outdated!

Small Sizes and Quantities sent via Royal Mail. Larger Sizes and Quantities sent via myHermes courier.

Orders receive before 2PM Monday to Friday will be posted on the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be posted on Monday and bank holiday orders will be posted after the holiday.

Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the myHermes Company.

Next Day and First Class delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase. Cut off time for Next Day delivery is 11 PM and There is no Special Delivery service or Courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

All of our items are sent standard Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal 48 service unless an upgrade is requested. Sometimes items do get delayed by Royal Mail; unfortunately this is beyond our control. Our carriers aim to achieve the below delivery times.

• Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or Royal Mail 24 Service: 2-3 working days
• Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard or Royal Mail 48 Service: 3-5 working days
• myHermes : 2-3 working days

Lost items can only be claimed from the Royal Mail after 10 working days, after this period we will take action accordingly. If you contact us before the 10 day period we may ask you to wait until the period has expired.

We accept PayPal as the only payment method for now. Please ensure prompt payments. Goods will only be despatched upon cleared funds. Buyers who fail to complete checkout will be reported to eBay.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Distance Selling Rules. Items exchange or return must be in their original condition within 7 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

We do exchange size when stock is available, but you have to pay the exchange postage costs.

When returning an item, the item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received. We will provide you a full refund of the purchase price in terms of store credits excluding the item in the same condition. The return address can be found on the package label.

Perfume smell, No tag, Damage item made by buyer is not accepted.

Please ask for a receipt from your chosen courier, as this will act as proof of postage for yourself.
