IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Please ensure that you have an active eBay Store / Shop open with eBay.
  • What you are buying here is this EXACT design with your logo installed if you supplied one, if you don't have one, we can create text logo and add it in design.
  • You must ensure that your eBay Shop is set to eBay's original design before installation and not to the new shop / store theme.
  • We don't work weekends so please be patient if sending a message over the weekend. If this item is purchased on Friday, it will be Monday before it is completed.
  • A set of instructions will be emailed to you regarding installation.
  • You need to revise your old listings to apply new template. It will not automatically update your old listings.
  • A template purchased from us can be used only once in one single eBay account. If you want multiple times usage than you need to purchase copyrights of the same from us. You cannot resell templates purchased from us.
  • If you want custom design, please contact us via eBay messaging service.
  • Please note that we design templates and apply it to your store, but ownership of backend files, CSS, JS codes, HTML codes & others if any in the design retains with us. We do not provide such files to the clients.
  • As a part of the package, we do send the html code for listing template which client can use to list their items. Clients are duly requested not to ask design files that are stored on our power servers to store on their server or any third party server. "No Access" to our FTP database of design files is given to clients; neither are they shared on other servers.
  • Kindly note that we only provide easy installation guide on "How to make your store and listing live on eBay" & NOT tutorials on "How to customize your templates". It is requested not to approach us for coding methods, readymade codes & graphic designing process.
  • We do not allow user to change anything in template, even if he does without our consent and comes up with any problem - We will charge for the rectification of the template altered by the user. Charges will depend on amount of work to be done. Users are requested to note the same.
  • As a part of our standard procedures, we add a credit link on your eBay stores & listing templates design at the bottom in accordance with eBay rules. Removal of this can be done on request, but will incur additional charges.
  • We are using third party reliable & secure hosting service to host all source files for our clients. None of the hosting company provide 100% uptime guarantee. In case if there are technical issues with the third party hosting companies, please bear until they fix the issue. Due to these fluctuations there might be a small down time. Please cooperate in this condition.
  • eBay is a third party selling platform. If in future for what so ever reason eBay makes changes or don't allow custom store or do not support the custom store then we being a designer company are not responsible for such situation.   • Delivering in 24 hrs. The time starts when customer has supplied all demanded information. If customer fails to do so, we are not liable for any returns.
  • Deducting free services from package will not reduce the package cost.
  • No such demands will be favored in terms of monetary returns.
  • Negative feedback without consulting us will be not be liable for any type of returns.
  • No returns are applicable when work is initiated; immaterial of percentage of work done.
If the customer decides to quit with us immediately after buying any of the packages, he/she shall email us and notify the same within 48 hrs.
