    How to set up the Monitoring System on PC

     

    This is a brief introduction to the VMS Video Monitoring System and a quick guide how to set up the camera.

    VMS is a professional grade monitoring system (yet, it comes free with purchase of our camera) with many useful features and setting options. VMS can monitor up to 64 cameras.

    For detailed instructions please read the full Installation Manual, that is available in our cloud along with other, useful software.

    Upon purchase of our camera(s), we send you the link to the cloud.

     

     

    Connect the camera(s) to the router or network switch where your PC is hooked up.

    As default, the camera's DHCP is enabeled, that means, the router will assign IP address to the camera (later you can set it to static address if you wish)

     

    Download VMS (Video Monitoring System) software from our cloud. When you make a purchase, we will send you the link.

     

    Default user ID: Admin password: none (no password needed)

     

     

    To add camera or NVR, click: Device

     

     

    • Create camera location(s) by right click “VMS”

    • Click: Add

    • In the pop-up window select: Show online device

     

     

    • Select the camera one-by-one and add to the location you've created

     

     

    • Once added, make sure their status is: Online

     

     

    • Click “Live” to go to the viewing page, then double click on the cameras to view the video stream
