This is a (1x) used APC5401 KVM switch recently pulled from a air-conditioned office environment. Physically, it is in very good condition, with minor scratches on the top and bottom surface that become hidden once the switch is mounted on a rack. The rack-mounting bracket is included in the sale. It has been fully tested and is ready for installation and deployment.

Only the switch is included in the sale. If you require a mains cable, please add a text to that effect upon checking out and I shall include one for you.

Warranty:

- 60 days against all non-accidental and not “wear-and-tear” electronic defects

Returns policy: 
- If this item arrives and it is not as described (NAD), you have a choice of full refund or a replacement. All return and re-delivery cost are on us. 

 - If this item arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or is found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt, I may  send you a replacement, collect the faulty item from you and pay for the postage both way, or offer you a full refund..

- If you return this item after it develops a fault within the warranty period, you will need to pay for the return postage but I shall send it back to you repaired or replaced free of charge. 

- I shall not accept any return for refund except in the cases of NAD or DOA.
