We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.
We try our best to dispatch all orders that we receive within 48 hours of receiving them on all business days between Monday to Friday.
We hope that you can appreciate however that as each item is personalised, orders do take a little longer to produce, and on days when we receive higher volumes we may not be able to reach our 48 hour target. If you require your order urgently, please let us know through the eBay messaging system, we can then fast track the order for you.
All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail or Hermes depending on the size, with an approximated delivery time of between 3 and 5 working days.
If you require your order urgently we offer a next day delivery service for all mainland UK addresses (other postcode areas such as the highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may incur additional fees for this service). Please select the express postage option at checkout for this service.
