• 304SS Bulk Head, 1/2" BSPM to 1/2" BSPF: Our new Bulk Head has both a male threaded end and a female threaded end and a large flanged section in the middle.  When installing the Bulk Head/installing a Ball Valve into a vessel, the male end goes through the vessel from the inside (a 22.5mm hole is required to fit the part).  A large opaque Silicon Seal is provided and goes against the flanged part of the Bulk Head and seals from the inside of the vessel.  To ensure no leaks come back through the male thread in the ball valve, the black silicon o-ring provided, goes between the Ball Valve and the vessel wall, or over the male thread from the outside of the vessel before applying your ball valve.
• 304SS Bulk Head, 1/2" BSPM to 1/2" BSPF, Hex Nut:  This part is the same as the above but 1 X silicon seal is provided and a Hex Nut.  This Bulk Head is used so a 3" Dial Thermometer or other fitting can be applied and kept a distance from the hot stainless wall of a vessel.  Simply apply silicon seal against the flange of the fitting and insert male end through the outside wall (22.5mm hole required in vessel) of the vessel to the inside and apply the provided Hex Nut on the inside of the vessel to the thread coming through.  The Bulk Head will seal the vessel from the outside.
