We only accept payments through PayPal as we find it to be the quickest and most secure method of payment.
PayPal is fast and secure for both seller and buyer and you don't need to set up a PayPal account. We can only ship items to the address approved and linked to your PayPal account.
We reserve the right to refuse and return payments which are not guaranteed by PayPal.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm on the same day. A few of our products are shipped form a different warehouse the handling times detailed in the item listing may be 2-3 days. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and orders placed during the weekend and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

For all of our items you can upgrade shipping at checkout– Only Signed For, International Signed For and Special Delivery are tracked and we cannot provide tracking information for any other services.
WE STRONGLY URGE ALL CUSTOMERS to select one of the tracked delivery options detailed above and offered with every item – for a small extra cost you will have tracking information and peace of mind.
The majority of parcels are normally delivered to UK buyers between 1-3 working days with first class mail but Royal Mail say it can take up to 10 working days to be delivered in different areas of the UK (please note weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days). International mail takes longer and some countries such as Russia, Italy and Brazil take longer than other – please be patient as we are at the mercy of the various postal services involved.
Although we ship very fast we cannot guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hands of Royal Mail or other couriers and foreign postal services. Some items are delivered by couriers other than Royal Mail, usually because of size and we reserve the right to use other comparable services at our discretion.

NOTE: Royal mail rules say that we cannot file a missing item claim until 4 weeks after posting date for UK mail, 5 weeks for EU mail and 6 weeks for the rest of the world. You may be asked to wait for this time period to pass and to cooperate with royal mail or police investigations into missing mail, we appreciate your patience in these circumstances.

If your item arrives and it is faulty or not as described don't panic - we are here to help. Please contact us within 14 days to tell us what the problem is and we will provide instructions for return and will either replace the item or issue you with a full refund.
If you receive an item which is in good condition, but you have just changed you mind - that ok as well. Please contact us within 14 days to tell us that you would like to return it and please return it within 14 days. We would love if you give us some idea what you don't like or why you wish to return. Provided that the product is received back in perfect condition, in original (unopened - any seals and shrink wrap must be intact) packaging and with all labels intact then we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange the item for something else. In this case, you are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us and your refund will have our original shipping and packing costs deducted (we hope you will understand that even for items which we offer with free or reduced shipping - it does cost us something to pack and post them in the first place).

We also recommended tracked or recorded delivery for returns as you remain responsible for the item until we receive it back. All refunds will be made through PayPal.
