Refunds, Repairs, Returns & Replacements Policy
If you find a fault with any new product (ex-demo, or items marked
as untested and sold as seen and cannot be returned, the price reflects
this) you must immediately notify us within 48hrs of receipt. After
this, for larger items, we are sorry but we cannot accept claims because the
courier companies that we use to dispatch larger items (responsible for 99% of
all damage) place a 48hr limit on our claims to them. If we cannot repair it we
will give you a replacement, if no replacement is available we will give you a
full refund.
If you are returning it because it is not what you want for some reason
then, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, you may return
it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods less a
restocking charge if one is imposed on us by our suppliers.
PAYMENT:
We expect that you make your payment within 24hrs of purchase,
preferably immediately after the auction or Buy-It-Now purchase has been
made. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us and we will
give you an address and payee instructions. When the cheque has been cleared we
will process your order.
DELIVERIES:
For larger items we use a 24 hour next working day express delivery
service from one of the top couriers in the country. For smaller items we
use Royal Mail. Please be aware that while 95% courier delivered larger item
orders are delivered next day (if ordered before midday) once your order leaves
us we have no control over certain aspects like vehicle breakdowns on the
couriers part, it is very rare but we just like to be honest and ask that you
contact us first if you have any worries about your delivery.

bulky or heavy item thereafter for delivery to: Highlands & Islands of
Scotland and the following post codes AB, IV, HS, KA, PA, PH, ZE, please

are on another Island please ask us for a quotation for the delivery charge.
CHECKING YOUR DELIVERIES:
IT IS VITAL, and in your own interest, to open, unwrap and inspect the goods
thoroughly before signing the driver’s form (the drivers form says ‘received in
good order’ above your signature). If somebody else is going to receive the
goods on your behalf (maybe a receptionist or a neighbour for instance) please
tell them to inspect the goods before signing.
If you do not have time to inspect the goods or even suspect that the
goods are damaged write ‘DAMAGED' on the driver’s form next to your signature.
It is the carrier companies that have insisted that the inspection
occurs, so do not be embarrassed about keeping the driver waiting – it is how
they want to play it! We can’t think of any other way to protect you from
careless handling.
Your Telephone Number:
Please provide your telephone number, our carriers frequently request it,
failure to do so may cause delays and some couriers like Parcelforce actually
charge us extra if you number is missing.
UK DELIVERY TIMES:
Standard delivery times are typically 24 working hours to most mainland
UK destinations for larger items sent by courier. Otherwise it is Royal
Mail. We pay for a next day courier service for larger items but as no
carrier will guarantee it we also cannot guarantee it. Your parcels
are collected by the carrier shortly after 1pm each day and as it takes about 1
hour to process an order (at normal times, busy times can take longer), if you
need the table to be dispatched urgently, we will need your order well before
12.00pm.
Delivery times to:
Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle
of Wight and other Islands May take 3-4 days longer
European deliveries We can deliver to any European country but the
delivery costs will vary. Please contact us to arrange a quote for a European
delivery.
Weekend Deliveries If you would like a weekend delivery, we can arrange
deliveries on Saturdays at a higher cost, please contact us for a quotation.
