What should do If the buyer received a damaged, defective item OR ordered by mistake?
1. A buyer must Contact us within the 30 days after the receiving item via eBay messaging service.
2. We will do our best for your satisfaction by sending you a pre-paid shipping label, So you have no need to worry about the postage fees. If the item working properly and the buyer wants to return due to dislike or ordered by mistake then the buyer has to cover full postage fees.
3. Please Note: The item should be in its original packaging. We do not accept any return without original packaging.
4. Once we receive the item back, we will either complete a refund or send you the correct item based on the Buyer's preference.
