Vintage Men’s B3 Shearling Sheepskin CLIX Zip Flying Bomber Aviator Flight Leather Jacket M

The shearling lined B-3 sheepskin bomber jacket was designed and first manufactured in the 1940’s to help pilots endure the extreme cold experienced in the cockpit. This is a vintage Shearling jacket using the same original B-3 styling.

This is a heavy duty thick sheepskin jacket approx 3.2kg in weight, with a soft ginger shearling sheepskin pile fleece - similar to Irvin Flying jackets - guaranteed to help keep you warm. This is UK made with a heavy duty CLIX zipper. This very cool quality classic has a great rugged broken in appearance. The leather on this jacket has a lovely aged time worn patina and they don’t come much more authentic looking than this.

Used and in fair to good vintage condition with heavy signs of wear and very heavy abrasion throughout. There is a large dark mark to the central back area. Please see all pictures.

Size: I would class as M (UK sizing) with a 46” external chest measurement and the overall measurements - but it depends how loose you like to wear. Please remember this has thick sheepskin internally so you need to allow room for movement (please see below for all key measurements to check against a similar garment of your own to ensure a good fit).
