International bidders:  we declare the actual purchase price on both customs & shipping forms. We do not undervalue items to avoid taxes. We cannot declare purchases as gifts. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs or import taxes.  We ship international packages via USPS mail: registered first class, or priority, or express mail; sometimes we ship via Fedex, depending on the value & dimensional weight of the item. We can combine multiple items for shipping, but since this will increase the value of the package, we may have to ship via USPS express mail only.
