Better Autoparts warrants its entire products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 90 days, whichever occurs from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. It does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Better Autoparts for inspection and approval.
We accept PayPal payment and other payments through PayPal. Payment is required within 4 days. Item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving full payment. Shipping directions left in PayPal Notes will NOT be considered. Please contact us directly if you have a special request.

We understand that sometimes you need to make a return or an exchange. For returns, simply send your order back within 30 days and you get your money back. All we ask is you send it back in the same condition it was received - new and unused. 1. I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?
Most orders ship the next business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) after payment has been received.
2. My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking # but it is not showing in USPS's shipping system, what's wrong?
Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for USPS to pick-up from our warehouse it will typically take up to 24-48 hours for it to show up in USPS's tracking system. If after 48 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
3. How long will it take to get my item?
Currently, all orders are shipped through our USA warehouses by FedEx or UPS or USPS and can take 3 to 7+ business days to arrive.
