We generally ship within 2-5 days after cleared payment. We use Australia post standard shipping for items up to 22kg. If you have special requests in regards to your shipping, please contact us in advance to check the options

If you change your mind, or purchased the wrong product, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back, and use appropriate packaging. Return postage costs will be at buyers expense. We highly recommend using registered post. A refund of the product will be made in full providing it is in resell-able, new condition. Postage cost will be excluded from the refund.
