1. We aim to dispatch all the orders within 1 working day. Our Shipping times are: Monday - Friday, between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Orders eligible for 'Express Delivery' and placed BEFORE 2PM will be dispatched on the same day (please drop us a message to confirm the dispatch day).

2. We are using Royal Mail (1st class) / Parcel Force 24 / DHL / DPD couriers.

3. EXPRESS DELIVERY to UK MAINLAND takes ONE WORKING DAY (24h).

4. EXPRESS DELIVERY to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel and Scottish Islands takes TWO WORKING DAYS (48h).

Please drop us a message to receive an exact cost of international shipping (prices provided by eBay are only an estimation). Simply  tell us what is your delivery address and products you're interested in and we will get back to you with a final quote. 

We are happy to Cover all Postage Cost For Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported within 14 Days after the item has been delivered. 
If you have changed your mind about an order or simply ordered a wrong size, we will still accept the return although you will be asked to cover all postage costs. 
If the item has been used, broken or taken out from the original packaging, we won't be able to accept the return. 
Please contact us BEFORE sending the product back - we will confirm the return address and advise the cheapest courier / provide a return label.   
Please note: We are unable to accept any returns of the customized tablecloths (unless a products is faulty), so please check your table measurements before ordering. If you're not sure what size you need please drop us a message to get our advise.
