Must have Aftermarket Wheels
Remove existing lug nuts
Install the spike lug nuts with the appropriate socket
Use torque wrench and tighten by hand to your vehicles specs, do not use air impact gun
Recommended to retorque down after the first 50 miles of driving 
Will these work with OEM Factory wheels?
- Most likely not, unless the wheels have a conical seating
