  The boards are in very good condition with only very minimal wear to a few of the edges.  The pages are in very good condition.  The is some pencil writing and a old book sticker on the front end paper.  All pages are free of rips, tears, bends and writing.  There are a few beautiful colored illustrations.  The pages are slightly toned and there is a scuff on the bottom of page 184.  The binding is tight but slightly askew.  This is the third book that Lucy Montgomery wrote, in very good condition and a rare First Edition 4th Printing.  Lucy Montgomery is the author of "Anne Of Green Gables"
