Shipping Information

     
• All items will be arranged shipping within 48 hours from Hong Kong Post Office by air-mail upon payment cleared. All our items will be shipped to buyer's PayPal registered address except buyer leave the message refer to the new address, please confirm your address on eBay before you bid our item. We don't accept dispatch the item to the third country.
     
• Due to geographical distance, you may not receive the item in an ideal short time, we make sure that you are compensated by our great price, also items are dispatched as quickly as possible

Returns & Exchange

     
1. We are responsible for item damage before your receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and take photo on the damaged item, we will make refund on the damaged item.
           
2. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and let us know why.
           
3. As long as your item is still in brand new condition, we will be happy to refund your money, or you may ask for item exchange.
           
4. We will need to receive and inspect your return before a refund or exchange will be given. The return shipping fee will be paid by Buyer.  We do not refund shipping charges.
           
5. On items that were purchased with free shipping, we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund amount.
