Art Work should be 300DPI, Line art is best, sent to us in one of these preferred formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, EPS, CDR
We finish our tags with Danish Oil for a rich natural look. Your tags will come with a strap as well..

We will ship by US Postal First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for price listed in the ad.
The US Postal Service estimates 3 to 7 days delivery however, this is an estimate only, not a guarantee.
Shipping charges do not include any special processing, or packing materials requested by the customer. In the case of international shipments, shipping charges DO NOT include customs duties. These duties are the customer's responsibility. For international shipments, consult your local authorities about the tax rates for your country.

In some countries please allow extra time for packages to be processed through Custom. We will forward your customs form number to you. This helps in some countries but not all.

Conditions of Sale
Please contact us within 3 days of the end of the sale to avoid any confusion. Payment is required within 7 days. If other arrangements are not made, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed to retrieve our fees from eBay.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of these name tags, except in the case of an error on our part, all sales are final.

- Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
- Select the reason for the return. Depending on the seller's return preferences, we may put you in touch with the seller directly.
- If the seller uses eBay hassle-free returns or chooses to use an eBay-generated shipping label, we provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. If a shipping label isn't available for the item, we ask you to contact the seller about alternative shipping arrangements. The seller may also provide you their own shipping label.
- Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.
- If an eBay-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu.
If a credit is issued due to our error, please allow 2 weeks for refunds to post. Please note some banks can take up to one full billing cycle to post your credit. Consult your banks policies for more information.
