In the event you are wanting to make a warranty claim you must:
- Retain receipt / proof of purchase
- Return the item to My Auto Supplies within the warranty period
- Warranty does not cover the cost of transport of the item to and from My Auto Supplies
- Enclose Buyers Name, Address, Date of Purchase, Receipt and Note explaining the issue
- A replacement will be issued if the part is deemed faulty after warranty assessment by our technician.
- If the part is not covered by warranty, the postage costs for return of the part will be the purchaser’s responsibility and will have to be paid prior to return of the part.
