Returns
Please contact us if you are planning to return the item.
If the item was damaged during shipment, please let us know on the day that you received it so we can make the necessary arrangement for a refund or replacement.
For all other reasons, returns will only be accepted for items that are still in their original condition. That means brand new items must be in their sealed/unopened state and used items should still be in the same condition as when it was sold.
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days from receiving the item and please note that 20% restocking fee may apply. The return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense using a safe method of delivery with tracking. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the item’s cost or resend a replacement free of charge.
