PAYMENT

• IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!!! Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• All payments must go through the eBay checkout. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal & Credit Card payment via PayPal.

SHIPPING

• Please note that we are based in Bangkok, Thailand. We commit to ship your orders within 2 business days after your payment is cleared by PayPal. RETURNS

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 7 days of your purchase via a shipping method of our choice.
• All returns must be approved by email before you ship any item back to us. Without prior approval, returns will be refused.
• Items which are offered with "Free Shipping" mean we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the S&H expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund.
• For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC barcode, packaging, and all the accessories.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed before the item can be sent back to you.
• S&H charges for the item to be returned to us and for the new item to be sent back to you is not refundable unless it is due to mistakes on our part.
