6PSI - 19PSI BOOST PULLEY UPGRADE KIT FOR HOLDEN M90 L67 SUPERCHARGED 3.8L V6

Our Mace L67 supercharger boost upgrade kit comprises of a special modular hub, pulley size of your choice from 3.8" (6PSI) to 2.55" (19PSI) and a free loan of our factory pulley removal/installation tool (additional $160 refundable bond required).

Our boost upgrade kits are a cost effective way to bump up the performance of your factory supercharged V6 Commodore by increasing boost pressure.

Unlike some other supercharger pulley kits on the market, our pulleys are made from aircraft grade aluminium, which have been hard anodized so they won’t break or wear out.

Vehicle Fitment Guide

The best part about this performance upgrade is that at the very most it takes about an hour to do! There is no need for removing superchargers, replacing gaskets, and spending unnecessary time and money to achieve our results. In addition, once our special hub is in place, changing of pulleys literally becomes a 10 minute job such that you can now easily swap from a 10 PSI pulley to a smaller or larger one of your choice (tune and different belt length may be required depending on size).

Greater power gains can be achieved if further mods are undertaken such as an intercooler, larger cam, etc.

Caution: 

We do not recommend fitting a pulley smaller than 3.4" (10PSI) on a stock supercharged V6. Excessive boost pressure may induce knock and potential engine damage. A physically smaller pulley can only be used when the motor is intercooled, cammed and dyno tuned or has a combination of all 3. 98 octane fuel must be used when installing an aftermarket supercharger pulley.

Returns Policy

At Mace Engineering Group, we take great care in packaging of your products appropriately to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason your product is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of your product(s) within 14 days. We will then provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible.

If you receive a product with manufacturing defect, it must be returned within 14 days. After appropriate testing, if it is found that the defect is due to misuse, willful damage, unauthorized repair or tampering with the product by the customer, return will not be accepted by Mace Engineering Group. Strictly no returns/refunds will be given due to buyer's change of mind or remorse. This is in compliance to the ACCC warranties and refunds.

Re-Stocking Fee & Refunds

If a purchased item is returned due to buyer's remorse or misorder, 10-15% re-stocking fee will be applicable at our discretion, depending on the item.

Paypal has changed its refund policy and will no longer refund the fees deducted for the original transaction, therefore, Mace Engineering Group will deduct the 2% fee while making a partial or full refund other than the restocking fee, if applicable

Postage cost is non-refundable.

Domestic Orders

• Orders typically take 1-2 business days to prepare and process prior to dispatch.
• Freight may take 1-7 business days from the date of dispatch to delivery within Australia.
• Orders can also be picked up directly from us on business days. Please email us.
• Orders are neither dispatched nor delivered on weekends.

International Orders

• Shipping will be calculated automatically based on the delivery address.
• Orders outside of Australia may take up to 10 days.
• You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties and will need to be paid upon delivery.

Product Warranty

Mace Engineering Group products are covered by a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise specified in the ad or written agreement from Mace Engineering Group.

Terms of Warranty

Customer must return the defective item(s) first, with a full description of the problem. Appropriate tests will be conducted to determine the authenticity of the defects and claims. Once, Mace Engineering Group is satisfied, identical items(s) will be sent out to the customer.

Please ensure proper packaging of the product to prevent any damage while in transit, as goods are at owner's risk.
