Questions:  All questions and requests for additional photos must be asked PRIOR to bidding on an item. In addition, all questions must be asked at least 12 hours prior to a lot closing. This allows us time to inspect the item and take additional photos if needed. Once a bid is placed, the buyer is agreeing to all the information disclosed in the listing.

Payment:  We accept paypal as payment. Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end. If payment is not received within 5 days a non-payment case will automatically be opened against you on eBay.

Shipping:  We ship most items via USPS Priority mail which is the quickest and safest shipping method that the Postal Service provides. We do reserve the right to ship higher priced items via UPS/Fed Ex as deemed necessary. This is solely to ensure the safety of the item being shipped. Also, some larger items will have to be shipped via UPS because of the Postal Service size limitations. If you have any questions in regards to shipping a particular item please email or call us.

Import Duties:  By placing a bid, the buyer agrees to pay ANY AND ALL import duties associated with the item being shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information in regards to specific duties/tariffs to expect when receiving your item. If a package is not retrieved because of refusal to pay customs charges, NO refunds will be granted without exceptions. Items will be shipped with full value as it is illegal for us to do otherwise.

Returns/Refunds:  Returns and refunds will only be accepted if we significantly misrepresent an item, NO EXCEPTIONS. Some of the items we sell are well over 100 years old. Inherently, these items will have some minor or light wear. Any major flaws and damages (ie. Chips or cracks) will be clearly disclosed in the item description.  Please contact us if you think your parcel has not arrived in a timely manner.
