How your Canon cartridge is remanufactured
  1. Visual inspection - to eliminate cartridges with obvious flaws.
  2. Electrical test - to ensure cartridge electrics.
  3. Pre soak - using specially formulated flushing fluid to rehydrate & soften dried ink on the print head.
  4. Nozzle atomisation - using deionised steam to fully penetration print head & clean any blockages.
  5. Flush clean - 50 Degrees C heated flushing/cleaning fluid injected via head to flush out old ink.
  6. Flush extraction - flushing fluid is now evacuated via print head, to leave cartridge internally clean + ready to fill
  7. Filling process - only the best German ink (OCP) is used. It is filled through the print head, via a vacuum application to a weighed quantity.
  8. 3 millilitres of ink, is now drawn out of the cartridge to prime it ready for printing.
  9. Print test - each cartridge is tested to ensure quality.
  10. Cartridge clean - cartridge is cleaners externally & labelled
  11. Cartridge seal - finally cartridges are taped or clipped to prevent leakage and put into a sealed bag.

Please note :

It is not possible to reset the ink status monitor on remanufactured cartridges.

When the cartridges are installed they will register as low or empty.

When prompted please press and hold the resume button for at least 5 seconds to enable you to use the full contents.
