Important Information:

Shipping:  We ship almost all items within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most items ship same day! We ship USPS priority, Fedex and UPS. We can ship under any time constraint you may have, and we can ship on account. If you are purchasing an item that will be shipping freight, please be sure to provide all delivery contact information including a phone number. We also need to know if you have a dock or forklift, and if your location is a business. Local pickup in 80229 is always available at no charge.

Payment: Payment is required before any item can be shipped. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cashiers/bank checks, and cash. We do not accept personal checks. Items will ship within 1 day after you make payment.

Warranty/Returns: All items, unless otherwise specified, are guaranteed to be fully functional and not DOA. We accept returns on all items within 14 days and will issue a full refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if they wish to return an item, unless the item is damaged or American West is at fault for an error. If an item is damaged please contact us immediately so we can begin a claim. After  14 days, we accept returns on original items and charge a 25% restocking fee.
