Delivery Policy
We will ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (see below). Free shipping by Royal Mail applies to UK mainland only. We will ship to other parts of the world, please contact us for a quote prior to ordering. Larger orders will be shipped by courier, free shipping for this method is to England, Scotland and Wales only (excluding islands). We will ship to other areas/ countries – please message us for a quote prior to ordering.
We aim to ship all orders received before 3pm Mon - Thurs that day. On Fridays, orders received before Noon will be shipped that day. Orders received after Noon on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date we despatched the item. Return courier costs are to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
