Note on Cancellations and 30 Day Trial Period

We understand that sometimes "things happen" and an order needs to be cancelled. Please make sure to contact us immediately, should such a situation occur -- 800-508.1008. We will do our best to stop your shipment so that you can enjoy a full refund. However, in the event your order has already shipped, we would not be able to refund the shipping cost to you -- but we do not charge a restocking fee of any kind.

As far as returns, a 4" Natural Latex Topper will be coming partially compressed and tightly rolled, and you may or may not be able to re-use the original box for return shipping. Also, your shipping charges will be based on both the weight and the dimensions of the box, so while you carefully package your return in plastic and a sturdy box, try to keep the box size down. Please request Return Authorization (800-508-1008) before sending anything back within the 30 Day Trial Period. Original Shipping is not refundable upon receipt of your return -- but we do not charge a restocking fee of any kind.

Our 100% Natural Latex products are Warranted for 5 Years from the date of purchase.

Natural latex is the most durable bedding material available, and should last a lifetime when cared for and protected. Please note that this is a 100% natural product produced in Asia, and that smallish bubbles or "divits", as well as tiny bits of loosened latex around the pinholes, are naturally occurring and are not considered a defect.

True-to-Size Cut. Our toppers are cut true to size, but latex is a naturally rubbery and elastic material. As such, your topper may appear to be up to about 1/2" off in measurement if it has been accidentally stretched or compressed during installation. If this happens to be the case, the latex can be gently lifted and pushed or pulled to adjust how it sits on your mattress or bed.

Whenever moving your new latex topper, it is advisable to fold or roll it up, and then sling it on a sheet for weight distribution. Do not attempt to support the entire weight of a heavy topper by one or two handholds, as you may tear the material.
