Delivery Information

All orders will dispatched within 48 hours Monday-Friday.

Delivery times given to us by our couriers are 3-5 days, but please understand courier delays can occur so please allow a few extra days before delivery before contacting us.

Methods of Payment

Once your order has been placed we accept payment through PayPal or credit/debit card which can be made at the checkout on ebay.

Please complete the checkout within 7 working days, payment by cheque or postal order can be accepted if contacted prior to ordering.

Returns

Any unwanted orders must be returned within 14 days and must be in their original new condition, a postage cost will be deducted from the listing price.

For items that have been received damaged all packaging must be kept as evidence and a photograph or return of the item may be required.

If your item becomes faulty the item must be returned to us for a replacement or refund within 14 days.
