All items are packaged and sent securely with either a Courier or Royal Mail.

We are happy to refund / exchange items that have been returned within 30 days of delivery so long as the item is unopened, unused and returned in as new condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns under this policy if the item has been used, tags removed or packaging thrown away/damaged. Buyer will be responsible for any delivery costs incurred
