We do not intentionally "hide" information about what we sell! We list a very large variety of items, and we do our best to describe our items as accurately as we can with the experience that we have. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Our prices are not necessarily an indication of value. We list most of our items with a very low opening bid. If they sell low, then you just got a great CIE deal! If you receive your item, and it is significantly different than described, please contact us, and we will arrange a full refund or product exchange. Items returned for any other reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We must receive the returned item(s) within two weeks (14 days) of original delivery.
Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. If this is not possible, the item should be packed to meet the carrier's insurable packaging specifications. Typically this requires a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides.
Items that are sold "AS IS" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind. (As long as the item shipped is the correct item listed, of course.)
