Customs:
Orders can be held in customs in your country for as long as they need to check the parcel - this is out of our hands and may result in a delay in your order getting to you. Therefore we offer no guaranteed delivery date on any orders. Order may be subject to customs charges in your country, payable by yourself. You must make sure the item/s you want to purchase are allowed to enter your country before purchasing, we not liable if your order gets destroyed/sent back to us.

We post within 3 working day of your order being received.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you before we post your order.
Items that are out of stock will be placed on back order for you if required, or we will refund the items for you via Paypal.
Returns:
If you wish to return your unused, undamaged item, please contact us through messages* We will then arrange for you to post the item back to us and we will replace the item or refund you as required. Items must be returned in good condition and secure packaging, you must obtain proof of postage for your return and post using a Tracked/Signed For postage option - If your return does not arrive with us we cannot refund/replace for you. Please include a copy of your invoice in your return as otherwise your refund/replacement will be delayed.
*Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not refund postage unless the item is faulty.
Please note: Cut ribbons, Die Cuts, Sewing Patterns and Bow Templates are non-returnable/refundable.
Sheets of glitter/faux leather fabric must not be folded for posting, as this damages the fabric and will void your return claim.
Missing Items: If you receive your order and there is an item/s missing or damaged please immediately photograph your order as is, and send us an email message (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with the photo attached and let us know what is missing. We cannot replace missing items without this photographic proof.
