All of our Ferodo brake pads are dispatched the same day as long as your order is placed before 4pm and the fitment has been verified by us.

We offer free standard delivery to Mainland GB on all items. Selected items qualify for Express Next Day delivery at no additional cost; please check each listing carefully for specific delivery details.

Order by 4pm and your goods will be dispatched the very same day. For orders placed on weekends or after 4pm please allow an extra working day for delivery.

Most orders are delivered to you within 1-3 working days. No parcels will be delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

We also offer the option of a paid Express Next Day service from as little as £3.95. If required, please select when checking out.

Outside Mainland GB

Free Delivery and Express Next Day Delivery may not be available to some out of area postcodes in UK, Northern Ireland and International Countries. If you would still like your goods to be delivered outside of Mainland GB there will be an additional charge for this, approximate rates are shown below in the table. We will contact you before dispatch to explain any extra charges and to confirm whether you would like to continue with your order. If you do not wish to continue, we can provide a full refund and cancel the order.

Please Note: The charges below are only estimates; actual charges may differ from these as we weigh and measure each parcel on a case-by-case basis.

International

We do not have set rates for international parcels; we will find the best deal at the time of ordering. Please contact a member of our Customer Service Team to process your order. We will weigh your parcel and contact you to let you know the cost of the international delivery. We will only proceed with your order once you have confirmed you agree to any additional charges. You can contact us via the eBay messages service.

If you no longer require any goods you have purchased, we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in their original and unused condition, including original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
