If you swell during the day, measure first thing in the morning!

To determine if this is the right size sock for you, measure the circumference (b) of your ankle right above the ankle bone.

Next measure the circumference(c) of your calf at the fullest part of the calf, and also measure the circumference(d) of your calf just below your knee.

Finally measure the distance (A – D) from a point just below you knee to the ground while standing.

Choose 1st height (if you are not taller than 5`7`` (170cm))

Choose 2nd height (if you are taller than 5`7`` (170cm))

Please be aware that because the design of the sock, they require a degree of effort to stretch and put on and should be used with caution in people with severe arthritis or weakness in their upper limbs.

Care Instructions:Wash gently with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm or cold water. Do not wring or twist. Rinse until water is clear. Roll in towel to remove excess moisture. Dry away from heat and sunlight.
