Change of Delivery Address

Change of Mind

If item(s) is damaged, faulty or items show symptoms of operational failure, please simply do the finger dance and contact us. By offering images or video showing the problem, buyers will receive a replacement product or parts, a full or partial refund. In the circumstances where buyer is requested to send back the damaged products for further testing, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received. We shall take full responsibility for the postage fee.

The damaged products will not be used as rehabilitation. All replacement products are under brand new conditions with the same warranty as the returned products.
