    • Certified to Conform to UL 10C and UBC 7-2(1997)
    • 500,000 Cycles Guaranteed in Endurance.
    • Dual valve, closing and latching speed controled by two separate regulating valves. Two speed valves: closing speed valve 180 degree to 15 degree, latching speed valve 15 degree to 0 degree.
    • Back check function: provide you with a temporary stop function between 65 degree to 180 degree to help prevent damage to door and or wall in case of the door opens with exercise force.
    • Built in hold open type, built in hold function: stop at 75 degree. Application for steel security door, meeting room door, fire door.
    • Universal Application: Standard, Top-Jamb, Parallel Arm Installation.
    • Installation instructions are included.
