Shipping

Warranty

Items which are found to be significantly not as described may be returned for a full refund. We take pride in our careful packing of delicate items. Return Policy

Electrical components (including laser diodes) which are still in the sealed package may be returned for a refund of the purchase price less any shipping cost. Once opened, electrical components may not be returned.

All other items must be returned in the condition received and include all the original cables, paperwork and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable and most items will incur a fee to cover testing and restocking the item. Items found to be damaged, altered or in any other way not resalable cannot be refunded.

International Sales

Many of our items can be shipped internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). Some of our items may be shipped directly.
