Autopart Trust hereby warrants to the purchaser that all Autopart Trust sells are serviceable and functional. If the product Autopart Trust sold is found to be defective within six months from date of purchase. Autopart Trust, at its discretion, will provide either a replacement or a refund.

The product which is returned for a reason other than warranty is subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returned products must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

This warranty does not apply to units which have been altered, modified, lowered or damaged, misused, improperly installed or used in applications other than recommended by application. Autoparts Trust does not accept any Labor Claims or has any liability beyond the replacement or refund of the alleged defective unit. We reserve the right to have the unit returned for analysis if we deem the circumstances make it necessary. Do not dispose of parts until instructed.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the products that:
•  Are in their original packaging
•  Have not been used, installed or disassembled
•  Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
•  Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee & must be in brand new, resalable condition
•  Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. Buyer must pay return shipping.

• If the requested item has not been shipped out, we will refund to you 100%. If the reason for refund is our mistake or quality issue, we will refund to you 100%. For all other returns, we will issue a refund that meets.
