All Haribo Sweets that are sent in our bags are suitable for Vegetarians and all carry the GREEN V mark on the back of the packets. Please see the last image for confirmation

Every bag is handmade and consists of the following

The party bag it self, 2 coloured ribbons Selection of 3 vegetarian sweets of which all carries the green V vegetarian logo and 3 favors as pictured.
These are all hand made to order and sent as pictured ready for you to give out at the end of the party

Our party bag favors include:-

A6 colouring books or activity and puzzle books, 
Colouring pencils and temporary tattoo

We supply these bags pre tied with ribbon, or if you prefer we can supply these untied so you add
extra favors, sweets or even cake, just message us and lets us know if you require these untied.

As all of our bags are pre-made we are unable to guarantee colour of bag or contents of bag will be
exactly the same for every order, but will consist of the same amount of items, and to the same value for each bag made.

Please note that no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated.

It is your responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing.

Lolly pops and other sweets, chosen as an option with our party bags
can be a choke hazard. All toys are purchased from reputable importers/wholesalers and carry the CE safety mark.

Any injury, damage or less occurring due to any of the labels being removed is not the responsibility of Herts Party Bags.

In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that our bags are not given to any person that may
have a specific condition or under the stated age which would render the bags unsuitable for them.

We can not guarantee that our sweets are nut free.

Please Note: All our sweets have at least 6 months prior to it's best before date, at the time of shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of the items you received please notify us immediately quoting your
order reference number. Goods must be received in original condition and packaging, with all components intact.
Refunds will be given up to 30 days after your order as been received by you.

All refunds will be credited to the Paypal account used to make the order.
