Clear, lightweight, flexible plastic (cellophane) with an opening at one end.
Non adhesive at the opening, ensuring no damage to your notes, although they can be folded over and a little tape used if required.
We use these as packaging for the banknotes, cheques, medal/coin wallets and coin holders we sell and we think the quality is really good.
