Can I pick up my order? - We are an online only
organization. All orders are processed and shipped out of our Alberta, Canada
warehouse. Sorry, there is no pick-up option.

located at a rural residence, business or simply require a PO Box to get your
mail, you can receive our packages.
Is there any custom fees? - Canadian customers will
not be charged duty or custom fees. USA customers will receive their orders
from USPS and should not experience custom or duty fees for orders under $100.
International customers may experience custom or duty fees.
