2004-2005 Toyota Rav4 Engine Computer - Repair Kit

ATTENTION!!!

This listing is for a REPAIR KIT THAT WE WILL INSTALL in your original engine computer (ECU). You are not buying the module shown in photos.

After checkout, you will send us your ECU. We will inspect it, install our repair kit, perform final testing, and then ship it back to you. After your module has been rebuilt, it will be ready to install back on your vehicle.

No additional programming or coding is required. Repairs typically take 1-2 business days. In certain cases, repairs may take longer due to the condition of the module.

We do recommend to perform "reset shifting memory" procedure

after installation (your mechanic can do it using scanner).

Our repair procedure addresses the following issues:

- Improper / erratic transmission shifts

- Hard shift between 1st gear and 2nd gear

- Transmission slips any gear, but mostly from second to third gear.

- Starting in 3rd gear and shifting erratically or not shifting

- Rattling noise coming from the front area when parked or neutral, with the engine running

- The feeling of brakes applying by themselves in some occasions

- False solenoid codes P0750, P0753, P0755, P0758, P1760

- Reprogramming does not solve this issue

Please, send us your engine computer only, no brackets. Pack it well to prevent damage during transit.

Please note - driving with a failed ECU can damage your transmission.
If your transmission has an internal problem as well - repairing the ECU will not solve the issue.

DIY Removal-Installation instructions are available, please email me after buying this repair kit if you would like them, but we recommend having your ECU removed and installed by a professional mechanic.

Terms of Sale

Not all modules are repairable. In the case that your ECU cannot be rebuilt, or if it is damaged to the point where repair is not possible, it can be returned to you per your request. Your payment will be refunded and we will send you an invoice to cover the cost of return shipping. Cancellation of eBay transaction is required.

Shipping & Handling

The USPS Priority Mail Return shipping price stated in this listing applies only when shipping within the United States. Optional USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) is available during checkout for an additional fee. International shipping is calculated during checkout. All international orders will ship via USPS Express International.

We do not cover inbound shipping, you will ship it to us using any shipping carrier at your choice.

Please ignore the handling time stated in the shipping details. We have customers from all over the world and need to account for the amount of time it may take for their modules to arrive at our repair shop. Actual repair time is 1-2 business days from the time that we receive your module.
