100% Guarantee if your plant is DOA just take a photo and we will replace no charge.

Shipping is done early in the week to avoid long exposures over the weekend. Every now and then things do happen at the Post Office during shipping which can leave your plant damaged beyond saving. All I ask is for a picture of the DOA plant immediately upon receipt and I will replace the item. Normal shipping wear should be expected – leaves may fall off or soil can be disrupted. These items ship from Georgia. If it is cold out there in your area some plants will hold up fine during shipping.

When cuttings arrive, place them in a water vase with clean, fresh water. Some folks leave the cuttings in water with a little mild fertilizer until they sprout roots. Personally, I don't like to mess with changing the water all the time, so I place the cuttings directly into some rich potting mix with a little cotton burr compost and place each cutting in the soil about 1/2" deep. I water the cuttings by misting them every day, and giving them a little water when it is dry, enough to keep the top 1" moist. I keep these plants in a semi-shady location in the house, but away from direct sunlight. They grow toward the sunshine and when they get enough sun, they will bloom.

Most importantly -- I appreciate my buyers!!! Please contact me with any plant concerns or questions before leaving feedback. I am here to help. :)
