Shipping Details & Exceptions

We will gladly use any service offered by the USPS or UPS. If you don't see the service you want listed, please request a quote.

ALL footwear, snowboards, and other "over-sized" packages will be shipped using UPS unless otherwise requested PRIOR to payment (Applies to Domestic only)

Combined shipping is offered on ALL items. Total cost will depend on the weight, size and destination of the package. Once multiple purchases have been made - the invoice will be adjusted accordingly

We will do everything in our power to assist you in avoiding additional fees at international borders. This is done as a favor to the buyer! It is NOT guaranteed in any way! Added expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be made to cover these fees.

We do NOT make a profit on shipping - all quotes will be as accurate as possible!

Payments

All payments will be expected within 7 days of the auctions close!

PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards

We do NOT have the ability to accept "direct" credit card payments at this time! For more clarity on the "checkout" process or any other questions about payment, please do not hesitate to contact us!

 

Returns & Exchanges All items are covered by our "return policy". You must inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt. Items are only eligible for return if they are in the same NEW condition(with tags, etc) that they were in when received. Refunds will be LESS shipping and handling expenses (both ways) unless the return is due to error by the seller. Exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days receipt. If you are unclear about this process - please email us for clarity!
