About performance bikes

I have ran and owned Performance Bikes mainly by myself for over 35 years. I am a fully qualified mechanic with exceptional vast knowledge about motor bikes. Motor bikes are both professionally and personally a huge part of my life, I have rode bikes since my early teens and owned many bikes ranging from true classics to exhilarating sports bikes.

Some of my business services include, repairs, servicing, MOT, sales, bike braking and recovery pickup. Now after 35 years of gathering stock from every brand, model and aged bike I have now decided to expand my business onto the eBay market to appeal to a wider audience. Apart from the help of one family member who lists all the items on eBay for me, I photograph, pack and wrap the parcels myself so I know my customers are getting a more personal service.

However if in the rare event you encounter an issue please before leaving negative feedback please email or ring me as an issue is always easily solved and I am more than happy to help

Terms and conditions

Return postage is the full responsibility of the buyer unless damaged in transit or not as described.

Due to a small minority of con artists returning their own faulty parts back to me attempting to pass them off as my own, please be aware that all the items I send out are marked and can be easily identified upon return. If the part is not identified as my own a refund will not be provided and I will not be responsible for return postage.

Also if the buyer returns an item that is not in its original condition that I send it to the buyer in, for example the buyer has dismantled the part, tampered with the part and put it back together, the buyer is NOT entitled to a full refund. 

If an item arrives damaged I require photographic evidence before I will provide a return postage label.

If an engine arrives damaged I require photographic and video evidence showing the damage and engine number (I keep a record of all engine numbers).
