Unlike the standard rubber OEM hoses which deteriorate over time our hoses are constructed using a high quality silicone Polyester or Nomex compound. They are further reinforced with a polyester layer to provide a more rigid structure.  This item replaces the Weak OEM black plastic PCV breather pipe with high Quality reinforced Silicone.

You are getting a replacement silicone item for less than the OEM rubber pipe that will eventually fail again. For Astra H/Mk5 2.0 Turbo/VXR and Zafira B 2.0 Turbo/VXR and Astra G/Zafira A already using the Astra H type set up. A reinforced 3 ply Silicone DV Hose for Astra H/Mk5 2.0 Turbo/VXR and Zafira B 2.0 Turbo/VXR models and Astra G/Zafira A models already running an Astra H Set Up.

 Replaces your OE hose from the black OE transfer pipe to the plenum (on Astra H/Zafira B) complete with the Dump Valve Take Off pipe pre-formed allowing easy fitment of a twin piston dump valve. 

There may be clearance issues on LHD cars, due to the location of the brake servo.

Astra G/Zafira A - Must already have the Astra H set up for this hose to fit. Order as Astra H/Zafira B.
