I try to despatch Monday to Friday, usually daily at around 8 am, but occasionally this is not possible. However, I always aim to despatch within 2 working days after payment.
Items are securely packaged and sent via Royal Mail or Courier. Where possible, I provide several despatch methods so please choose the one suitable for you. Please note the couriers usually attempt three deliveries before returning the item to the sender and Royal Mail may leave the item with a neighbour or return it to a local depot for collection or re-delivery on application. Items are very occasionally sent via different method than stated on listing but I will try to ensure you still receive your item within expected delivery dates. Due to a number of claims for lost items, most higher value items are sent tracked and/or signed for. Damaged or lost items must be reported to me within 10 days of despatch. By reporting an item lost/damaged you are agreeing to assist in any investigation by the carrying agent.
There are exceptional circumstances such as christmas post, postal strikes and bad weather where items may be delayed but I cannot be held responsible for such delays. If I have to delay the posting of an item for personal reasons, I will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and offer suitable compensation.
Refunds are given if item is not as described. I keep detailed photos (in addition to those on the listing) of the item and these will be used to verify your claim of 'not as described' when Items returned. If agreed I will pay return postage. All refunds will be made on receipt of items. Items must be returned within 10 days of despatch in the condition they were posted. Items not received in the condition they were sent will be disputed through Ebay
Non-payers and time-wasters (yes I get loads) are reported to Ebay.
